Learning SchoolOntario College of Teachers, or oct.ca, is a professional teacher
governing body. It was generated in 1997. Its primary purpose is to
oversee and regulate the teaching profession. It is believed that this
would raise public awareness and respect. If an individual wishes to

oct.ca. The OCT also sets forth the mandates for proper behavior by a teacher in
