Books CDwww.indigofeedback.com is a feedback website that presents visitors with
a customer satisfaction survey about the Indigo book service. The
service is offered in both English and French, and the first page of the
survey prompts visitors to choose one of the languages. The website
enters those who fill out the survey into a sweepstakes in which
entrants have the chance to instantly win an an iPod along with 10
chances to win $1000. According to the site, a prize is awarded every
day.
The next page on indigofeedback.com asks survey takers if they placed an
order at a kiosk or if they made a purchase at a cash register, showing
images of the receipt for both in order to assist with figuring out
which option is correct.
The next step includes information on the sweepstakes, including links
to the sites privacy policy, the sweepstakes rules and regulations, and
site system requirements. Visitors are here prompted to enter the date,
time, total dollar amount of purchase, and store number on the receipt
in order to take the survey and be entered in the sweepstakes. An image
of an example receipt is shown here with required information
highlighted by boxes. Also included on this page is a link to a page
that lists all previous winners.
Finally, once purchase information is submitted, participants answer a
series of questions about their experience at the store, such as
satisfaction with the service, sections visited in the store, quality of
staff interaction and helpfulness, customer recommendations, amongst
other questions. After the survey is completed participants are prompted
to enter a few pieces of information about themselves such as name and
phone number, which are required to be eligible for the contest. After
submitting the system checks if the submitter is an instant winner, and
enters the submitter into the daily drawing.
