At Wal-Mart, we strive to give our customers the best shopping experience possible, and we deeply value their opinions and feedback. By sharing their input and insight, our customers can contribute to the continued success of our company firsthand. Our Wal-Mart In-Store Satisfaction Survey, located on our survey website page at www.survey.walmart.com is an easy way for our customers to offer positive feedback or constructive criticism. To better serve all of our consumers, we offer surveys in both English and in Spanish. For our Canadian customers, we also have a survey that caters specifically to them, at http://survey.walmart.ca. Our aim for the Wal-Mart survey is to target as many of our consumer populations as we can, and by offering up several different languages, we allow every customer to feel as comfortable as possible.

The Wal-Mart In-Store Satisfaction Survey was created to receive feedback from our customer's recent shopping experience at Wal-Mart. Our website, at survey.walmart.com was specifically designed to give each participant complete confidentiality, and in no way asks for any purchase requirement. The details of our privacy policy are clearly stated on survey.walmart.com.

Our Wal-Mart survey was also designed to be as convenient as possible, with the average participant taking no more than 15 minutes to complete their individual assessment. As a special thank you, we offer an incentive in the way of an entry into our drawing for one of five (5) $1,000 Wal-Mart shopping cards for each completed survey. Wal-Mart offers a complete listing of our sweepstakes rules, regulations, and prizes on our website: www.survey.walmart.com.

In order for our customers to participate in the sweepstakes portion of the online survey, they must receive a receipt with a printed invitation on the top of their Wal-Mart receipt. However, we also gladly invite our customers to give us feedback about any product, service, or experience they've had at Wal-Mart. They need only to visit www.survey.walmart.com to give their input. Of course, we also welcome any questions, concerns, or other issues our customers may have about their recent Wal-Mart experience. At Wal-Mart, our motto "Save Money. Live Better." not only insinuates that our customers get the best value for their dollar, but that they also have the best experience possible in every one of our stores. With the Wal-Mart In-Store Satisfaction Survey, our hope is to take our customers' valuable comments into very serious consideration, and work to make our stores a wonderful and enjoyable place for them to shop.
