useful website, www.ssconline.nic.in, for applicants and the government
staff selection process. The SSC online application processing website
is simple for anyone to use and follow. The site has only 3 links for
the applicant to access; 1) guidelines to the candidates, 2)
examination, 3) view/print application. This is meant to help describe
what may be contained within the online application process website.
1) "Guidelines to the candidates" outlines the guidelines for the
applicant in step by step detail clearly defining to the applicant, or
potential applicant, what is expected in 12 descriptive steps.
2) "Examination" The SSC website also includes a link for the
examination if required. The applicant taking the exam will be required
to submit his or her registration ID and date of birth to gain access
to the exam.
3) "View/Print Application" The ssconline.nic.in website is part
of the System of Online Application Process (SOAP) is meant to help not
only the selection commitee, but also the applicants. The applicant
has the ability to view the details of his or her application that had
been submitted online and even gives him or her the option to print the
application, if so desired. Like the examination link, the applicant
will be required to enter his or her date of birth and registration ID
to gain access to the application information. This registration ID and
date of birth helps with, not only the applicant being able to view the
application, but also helps maintain the integrity of the application
process by protecting the applicants information from being stolen.
