www.MPSC.gov.in with advertisement section and syllabus info
regionalinformationMpsc.gov.in is the official website for the Maharashtra Public Service
Commission (MPSC). The MPSC falls under Article 315 of the Constitution
of India, and provides suitable candidates for various positions within
the Government of Maharashtra. In addition to offering advice to the
state government on employment matters, the MPSC also accepts
applications, administers exams and interviews potential candidates. The
MPSC is made up of a chairperson and five members.
The site provides information on current openings in the government.
Simply go to www.mpsc.gov.in and click on the link that reads
"Announcements." To apply to any of the listed positions, the candidate
simply fills in the online application. It is helpful to read the
General Instructions to Candidate guide for further details. The guide
is located on the website under the category Departmental Exam and under
the heading General Instructions to Candidate.
The MPSC will then be in contact about whether the education and
experience of the individual is acceptable. If so, a date will be set
for the potential employee to be tested. Tests are performed by the
commission with strict standards applied so that testing is fair to all
candidates. An interview schedule is also posted on the website for those candidates
being seriously considered. Once the interview process is completed,
the website keeps candidates updated through the list of both admitted
and rejected candidates. The results are listed under the title of the
job post being applied to for quick reference.
