and other brands.
On august 16, 2010 Judge Adelman granted the plaintiffs in this lawsuit
the right to collect the payment for cash disbursements and warranty
relief. A motion of appeal has been filed by defendants and will likely
be concluded with on or before 12/31/10. No claims can be made to any
plaintiffs until all of the appeals have been heard and processed
through the courts. If by this date no other defendants come forward to
file appeals then disbursements can begin to be carried out to
plaintiffs at this time. The deadline for claiming cash benefits has
passed and the deadline for claiming warranty relief is 6/22/2011. Be
