www.Juno.com for email on the web with easy sign in
MailJuno is one of the oldest internet service providers in the country and
is part of United Online. The company started out in 1996 by providing
free email accounts, and later added internet access service. They have
continued to grow and evolve with the internet. The company went public
in 1999, and continues to strive to provide quality internet access for a
low price. Being in the market so long allows them to have thousands of
access numbers around the country. This can be important for dial-up
purchasers, who do not wish to incur toll charges for access to the
internet service.
A variety of internet plans are available depending upon the speed of
connection required. The basic is Dial-Up Service, which is the cheapest
way to go. Juno also offers Accelerated Dial-up for just a little bit
more per month. Both of these plans are available nationwide. They also
offer DSL/Broadband in a growing number of areas. Juno also offers an
internet service plan for Mac users.
Every plan comes with a free customer service, an email account(s), and
unlimited internet usage. Spam protection and anti-virus protection are
included on some of the service plans. Juno will only be compatible with
Microsoft Outlook Express if either the Megamail or Megamail Plus
package is purchased. Otherwise, the Juno email client must be used.
This plan cost is in addition to what is charged for the internet access
plan that is purchased. Juno internet service is compatible with
Windows Vista and Windows 7.
