www.PhotoNotice.com with video, city code and login online
photoPhotonotice.com is a unique website that allows people the ability to
view a video of a traffic violation they committed. This site works by a
person inputting their name, license plate number and city code. After
this is entered, a video of the violation is played. To use this site, a
person must have Macromedia Flash ActiveX. When entering this site,
only people with this information are allowed on. There is not a lot of
information when logging directly on Photo Notice’s website. One key
reason for this is to protect the privacy of drivers. This site does not
allow a person to view another person’s violation video. A person can
only view his own violation, and must enter the required information in
the fields offered on the website.
This website works by created agreements with certain cities around the
world. In these cities, cameras are installed at certain highly
violated areas, such as stop signs and stop lights. Not every violation
in the city is recorded; however, if a violation occurs at one of these
areas, that contain cameras, the violation will most likely be caught on
tape. When a violation occurs, the camera takes a video and sends the
person a picture of the offense. Included is the date and time of the
incident, and the nature of the violation, such as running a red light
or failing to yield.
People who receive a citation can contest it. The problem occurs when
the actual violation is caught on tape. It is hard to argue when the
evidence is clear. Another use of this website is for people to pay
their fines for driving violations. They are able to pay the fine online
and clear up the problem.
